Our client is looking for an Account Manager/Field Sales with the FMCG industry to deliver sales from your client base in line with our agreed sales strategy. You will organise your time and business resources, prioritising key accounts, customers and prospects, developing an intimacy of relationship that allows you to fully understand your key accounts’ needs and deliver solutions to them.
You will have great account management skills. To offer a consultative sales approach meeting clients and getting to know their business. You will need to attend meetings and make them effective. You will work with leading FMCG clients, so this will be a great opportunity for someone ambitious keen to progress.
To deliver agreed sales revenues, maintaining up-to-date and accurate forecasts, and achieving monthly and quarterly target hits.
To deliver agreed inputs, measured by weekly and quarterly effective sales contacts; by effective prioritisation of client base; by maintaining up-to-date and effective key account plans; and by maintaining an up-to-date and effective pipeline of future sales opportunities.
To develop and maintain profitable clients, seeking alignment between their needs and our interests and measured by market share, innovation and customer feedback.
To collaborate well with the team, demonstrated by effective communication, positive attitude, information share and problem solving.
To deliver agreed number of effective client presentations (meetings/calls/proposals) each week in order to optimise our service to customers and coverage of the wider market.
To have an up-to-date and excellent knowledge of our products and their competitors, including new developments and changes to publications. You will keep your clients and agencies informed through regular presentation updates.

Account Manager/Events-Contract
Job Title: Account Manager/Events-Contract

Our client is a young dynamic award winning Company and is looking for an Account Manager.
You will be reporting to the Event Director the Account Managers role is extremely diverse, exciting, challenging and dynamic. The position involves being the main point of contact for an impressive portfolio of sponsors ensuring their key sponsorship objectives are not only met but over delivered.
As Account Manager you will be highly organised, creative with excellent communication skills and have an understanding of both event production and consumer marketing. You will also be extremely proactive, work well under pressure and to deadlines whilst being able to drive individual sponsorship accounts forward through creative ideas and effective decision making.
Manage the relationship with sponsor and be main point of contact across the entire sponsorship.
Through Key Account Analysis gain a complete understand of the sponsors brand and their objectives for their sponsorship activity.
Creation and management of a sponsorship package mobilisation plan covering all elements of the sponsorship.
Setting up and attending regular client meetings and maintain regular contact.
Build trust and grow relationships with sponsors to ensure long term partnerships with the show and company.
Constantly looking for ways to deliver added value to the sponsor and the show.
Ensuring the sponsorship objectives are met and all elements of the sponsorship agreement are delivered and exceeded. This would include creation of new and innovative ideas to maximise the sponsors involvement in the event.
Assist in the creation of deliverable sponsorship agreements for all future sponsorship.
