Job Title: Account Executive - PR

Salary: £22k £23k

Location: London

This is a fantastic opportunity for an articulate and dynamic graduate looking for a career in PR.
You must possess basic PR skills either acquired through intern work or work experience and have a good understanding of the company approach to PR, have a good knowledge of media relevant to their clients, and have a reasonable understanding of their clients’ technology sectors. Account Executive should be starting to make greater contributions to their account teams, coming up with suggestions for PR activities and, over time demonstrate greater understanding of which ideas are appropriate/workable and which are not. Client credibility should also be increasing.
You will be:
Drafting press releases.
Planning and executing events.
Feature pitching.
Pitching ideas, writing media alerts, responding to topical issues in the media.
Client liaison, client meetings, conference calls.
Pan-European co-ordination.
Article placement.
Case study development.
Profiles etc.
Beginning to identify storylines/angles for pitches.
Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent with 2:1 qualification.

Candidates must have intern work experience or have Account Executive PA experience.

Job Title: Account Manager - PR Beauty

Job Title: Account Manager - PR Healthcare

Salary: £22,000k

Location:London

Our client is growing rapidly and is looking to recruit a driven and self motivated individual looking to work in PR within the Healthcare sector. You will possess a scientific degree or equivalent qualitfication and ideally have some PR experience be self motivated wanting to work for an innovative company.

You will be required to perform the following duties:

·Produces account team status reports accurately and on time

·Produces contact reports from client meetings/calls.

Supports the Account Manager in tracking client budgets

Ensure invoices are sent out to client on time

Budget fee forecasts and status are updated monthly and forwarded to accounts department

Maintains job bags and tracks third party expenses

·Undertakes media monitoring as required by their account teams

·Ensures account team electronic and hard copy files are maintained to ensure rapid access to information

·Supports the account team on project/account management tasks, for example

Development of timelines and continuous review of timelines as projects progress

Client liaison

Liaison with third party suppliers

Logisitics

Able to manage specific projects under supervision from Account Manager

Contributes actively and positively to internal and client meetings

Major competitors and potential issues relevant to accounts

Job Title: Staff Writer - Medical PR

Salary: £30k Negotiable subject to experience

Our client is a leading PR agency and they have a need for a Medical Writer to be a scientific expert for products/therapeutic areas and good understanding of the regulation and guidelines governing the supply, marketing and advertising of drugs in the UK and with knowledge internationally.

Your role will be interesting and varied and will involve the following:

·Reviewing, editing, proofing and assisting with the creation of promotional materials in compliance with the law, the ABPI and IPHA codes of practice and company policy.

·Contributing to the development of product plans and strategies.

·Identifying, generating, interpreting/evaluating and disseminating scientific and clinical information on client products and their competitors to the appropriate teams.

·Developing abstracts, manuscripts, posters, slide presentations on clinical or scientific information

·Providing training and guidance to the team on clinical and pharmaceutical information.

·Developing and maintaining internal information sources.

·Performing in-depth literature searches using on-line facilities and retrieving and analysing medical/scientific information from a number of sources.
